Mitch: “On the same European trip we did do a couple of gigs in England. We guested on the Dusty Springfield TV Show, which wasn't bad. Jimi and Dusty duetted on 'Mockingbird', the only time we ever did the song.
The other thing was the Woburn Abbey Pop Festival.”
Noel: “Back in London, there was little scheduled except the Dusty Springfield show. It was a warm, relaxed show, but Jimi insisted on playing with his teeth. I hated it when he did that. It put my teeth on edge. Even the producer wasn't too aloof to get mangled with us afterwards. Then we went to a party at some Sir's house where there were all kinds of weird scenes going on.”
