๐ฏ The Experience travel to the Sonian Forest (Zoniรซnwoud) on the outskirts of Brussels where they participate in a mimed television appearance for the Belgian show Vibrato. The forest location proves a unique setting for the television appearance. Although the show originally airs on March 21st, the original tapes are not preserved and no recordings exist from this date. During their visit, The Experience are photographed in the forest and those images have appeared in a variety of publications over the years, including the 2000 box set The Jimi Hendrix Experience.

๐ฏ Jimi is interviewed by Jan Waldrop for the March 18th issue of Humo.
Mitch: โMost places in Europe that we hit, we did broadcasts, even if it meant getting up at the crack of dawn and going out and miming to your latest record in a field, while it was snowing. We used to think, โWhat the hell are we doing this for?', but obviously it paid off in terms of publicityโ.

After Soft Machine had played, Jimi jammed with The Hollies at The Scene Club.

Noel: โI show up at The Scene that night and meet the Hollies, Jimiโs there and has a blow. I want to jam too, but he doesnโt want me to.โ
๐ 1969.
John Grant interviews Jimi for the March 15th issue of New Musical Express.
That evening Jimi joins Billy Preston during a jam session at The Speakeasy.
๐ 1970.
Noel returns to New York expecting to begin rehearsing with Jimi and Mitch for the next Jimi Hendrix Experience tour unaware that Billy Cox has replaced him in the band. โNoel wasnโt told until he came back, expecting to rehearse for the tour,โ explains Mitch. โBasically, no one had the balls to do it.โ
