Noel: “There Jimi discovered demolition feedback during our bash type last number. The crowd was going crazy and began to pull Jimi into the audience. He panicked, and to save his guitar he threw it onto the stage. It exploded into amazing sounds in response to the impact. It startled Jimi, but the crowd went right over the top. New dimensions in sound, new dimensions in German audience freakout.”
