๐Ÿ‡ October, 19

1966.
๐Ÿ‡ London
โ†ช The group flew from Le Bourget Airport back to London.
โ†ช โ€œScotch Of St. Jamesโ€, Chas jams with Viv Prince, very possibly Jimi attended also.
โ†ช When returning to England, Noel had money problems, so he did a few gigs with the Loving Kind.

1967.
๐Ÿ‡ London
โ†ช Jimi is interviewed in the apartment of Upper Berkeley Street by Christine Osbourne for Fabulous 208. http://www.geocities.ws/purplehazeband/hendrixepiphone.htm

โ†ช Regent Sounds, Noel demos
Noel: "I got together with (drummer) Pete Kircher and did a couple demos of my songs at Regent Sound."

โ†ช Speakeasy, JHE see Vanilla Fudge play.
Carmine Appice: โ€œLater on we sort of found each other in London at the Speakeasy. He said to me: โ€œI really dig Vanilla Fudge, so if youโ€™re in that, wow!โ€ And I said: โ€œYeah, I recognised you as being Jimi Hendrix because of the fact that youโ€™re the only one I know that plays with your teeth!โ€

1968.
๐Ÿ‡ Los Angeles
โ†ช Jimi, Mitch, George Harrison & Patti Boyd and Beatlesโ€™ ex-US roadie, Jock McLean attend Creamโ€™s final L.A. show at The Forum.

โ†ช Whisky A Go Go, Jimi jammed with Lee Michaels and his drummer.
Songs: unknown

Mick Cox (guitarist, Eire Apparent): โ€œWe arrived at the club. Eric Burdon was there walking around and Bobby Darin... We were all pushed into to booth... Jimi had been to see the Cream at the Fillmore, and he came back and was completely blown out. He came in and he sat down in the booth, and he said:
โ€˜God, Iโ€™ve just been to see Clapton, and it was unbelievable, my mindโ€™s completely blown out. I guess I just canโ€™t play anymore.โ€™
Then Lee Michaels came on (he had a huge bank of combinations of Fender and Sunn); just the drummer and him, right. He started playing and within like a minute Jimi was up, got the guitar, plugs it in and it just went on all night. It was just unbelievable... Iโ€™m certain it was taped!โ€

โ†ช Later that night Jimi totals his Corvette. Stickells had just driven it over from New York for him. โ€œThe day I got there he totally wrecked it.โ€

Mitch: "On a Saturday night we went to the Cream group and then there was a party on the way back home, and the party ended at about five or seven o'clock, when I went to bed, I heard a voice:
"Guess what, I just had an accident with my car, I thought I was dreaming and fell asleep at the wheel."
Several hours later, I discovered that it was true. How the hell did Jimi survive? I have no idea, he had completely demolished it.
Fortunately he had turned right. If he had been to the left, he would have gone straight to the edge of the canyon and made a 300-meter fall. "
